Luminos Curriculum Outline
The curriculum is a dynamic process of interaction between student, in person faculty,
online faculty and guest lecturers.
The goal is that you become a confident and excellent practitioner of homeopathy. This
involves the learning of new materials including the language of homeopaths and more
importantly, that you are able to apply your knowledge effectively and with enthusiasm.
 Year 1-
Basics of Homeopathy
- Philosophy and Principles of Homeopathy-the Fundamentals
- Basics of Health and Disease
- Historical contexts
- Taking a Homeopathic Case
- Comparing Conventional and Alternative Medicine
- First Aid Homeopathic Remedies
- Acute Homeopathic Remedies
- Introduction to Chronic Treatment
- Remedy Groupings and Original Sources
- Observing Clinical Cases
This year introduces the basics of homeopathic
history, philosophy and application.
Using the principles of homeopathy, we will explore the nature of disease and its cure.
Not only that, you will begin work with the practical application of homeopathy using and
seeing some exciting cured cases.
Most of the first aid remedies and some acute and chronic remedies are covered. (Over 30
homeopathic remedies).
Completion of the first year will give you a foundational knowledge of homeopathy and the
tools to apply remedies in First Aid situations.

- Introduction to Evaluating follow up

- Discussion of Various Clinical Approaches
This year deepens your first year studies
with a more rigorous
emphasis on the treatment and understanding of complex chronic diseases and their cure.
This includes the practical philosophy behind homeopathy as well as a thorough knowledge
of chronic homeopathic remedies.
More intensive exposure to clinical cases and situations through paper, video and live
cases enhances the learning process.
Using a unique method of teaching and studying that emphasizes the grouping of remedies, a
broad spectrum of homeopathic remedies are covered.
We continue with the historical and philosophical component of the programme.
In this year we begin the study of human sciences with anatomy and physiology and
pathology.
Year 3-

In this year, the focus is on clinical studies and
includes guest
lecturers. We prepare you for the establishment of your own practice. Through exposure to
100s of cases and cures you will be able to discern how to consistently apply homeopathy
with great results.
There is a continuation of the the study of clinical medicine from a holistic perspective
and practice management issues.

- Personal Mentoring and Supervision
- Advanced sessions
- Masters Classes
This year is a clinical and personal mentoring
year where sessions as well as a supervisor will assist you in setting up your practice of
homeopathy.
Weekend advanced sessions, masters classes, clinical tutorials will be included.
