Cancellation and Refund Policy
If You Cancel:
Policy for Individual Special Seminars and HMC Course Sessions:
We give a full refund up to one month prior to the Seminar minus a $50 administrative cancellation fee. For the Greek seminar a full refund is given minus a 20 Euro administrative fee. After that time, no refunds are given.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your change in plans.
If We Cancel:
Policy for Individual Special Seminars and Homeopathic Master Clinician Course:
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel Luminos Homeopathic Courses Ltd. seminars and sessions or the whole of the HMC Course up until the first day of the seminar or a session of the HMC Course.
If the Seminar or HMC Course Session is postponed, then you will be informed of a new date within 3 weeks and no refund will be given.
If the Seminar is completely canceled then the amount you have paid will be FULLY refunded.
If a session or the rest of a year of the HMC Course is canceled then you will be refunded the amount for the rest of the days or sessions that you have paid for.
Luminos Homeopathic Courses Ltd. is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, postponement of or cancellation of a Seminar, HMC Course Session or HMC Course Year.
Refund Policy for Online Foundation Course (only):
If written notice of withdrawal is received prior to 30 days after the start date, then all monies are refunded except an administration fee of $100.
If withdrawal occurs between start date and 60 days then 25% of the fees will be retained plus the $100 administration fee.
There is no refund after the 60 day mark.
There are no refunds for books purchased from this web site (only) except if they are damaged during shipping. Email us if you have problems.
